Terms of Service

By accessing or using StillUp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

StillUp provides uptime monitoring and public status page hosting for websites and APIs. The Service includes HTTP/HTTPS endpoint monitoring, alert notifications via email, Slack, Discord, and Telegram, and customisable public status pages.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs or services you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or generate abusive traffic
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

StillUp offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Downgrading to the free plan will pause monitors that exceed the free plan limit. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion your monitors are paused and your status page is taken offline immediately. Account data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StillUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue resulting from undetected downtime.

You agree to indemnify and hold StillUp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StillUp operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
